The AT-5 tie mount of the Weld Mount System is designed for a #5 wire tie and to be set into wet resin during the hull lay-up or bonded with Weld Mount acrylic adhesives. It's approved for submerged bilge applications. No need to put plywood in your hull just to have a place to drive wire tie screws.
