Toomi™ Deck Scrubber Pad Holder #T001
The Deck Scrubber Pad Holder was designed to protect painted surfaces from scratches. Used with 3M Doodlebug0 pads, it not only glides easily along teak decks and painted surfaces, it also helps to protect the paint in proximity.
Working for many years within the superyacht industry, the designer witnessed the problem crew had when cleaning teak decks. Paint was easily scratched when using traditional pad holders close to painted surfaces. Areas would always need to be protected, or the crew needed to be on their knees to hand scrub any teak close to the paintwork, which is very time-consuming.
Toomi's™ robust swivel pad holder has a pivot adapter connection which reaches hard-to-get-at places. The plastic pad holder has extra-long grippers to hold the scrubber pads in place, resulting in easy attachment and pad change. Wheels were added to minimize scratching of paint surfaces or baseboards. The wheels have a soft contact area. The bottom pad holder has a lip on two sides to ensure that the scrubber-pad adheres correctly. On the other two sides, the base is open, allowing the scrubber-pad to extend beyond the plastic frame.
