This Deck Plate is made of type 316 stainless steel. It's designed to survive any environment with an "O" ring seal to help ensure that water stays out. It's designed with a Star Pattern depression for turning with a standard winch handle. There are also two hole depressions for screw-in closure using a universal deck plate key (see SKU #712119)
