The Half-Moon Base Block provides a strong and smooth option for leading your halyards and control lines aft to the cockpit. This design features a heavy-duty stainless steel cage, which is polished and buffed to a mirror finish. Sheaves are machined aluminum and run on Schaefer's self-lubricating Nomex™/Teflon™ bearing.
This UC model incorporates Delrin® ball bearings for additional friction reduction. The stainless, bolted construction allows complete disassembly for inspection or maintenance.
