Swivel cleat bases permit easy cleating and releasing from any angle. The sheave can be relocated to allow the control line to feed from below. Cleating plates are heavy-gauge alloy for stiffness and minimum distortion under load.

The RF20175 comes complete with a 3/4" (20mm) ball bearing sheave, small "T-Cleat" and "Fast Track" fairlead.
