Heavy-duty, non-toxic PVC tubing with nylon-strand reinforcement that is best for use with pressurized drinking water systems and many other uses. Offers good flexibility and bend radius.

For below waterline connections, double clamping and a sealing compound are recommended.

Potable Water hoses must be made of FDA-approved compounds for drinking water. For pressurized systems, they must be reinforced to withstand dockside and/or water pump pressure, (from 20 to 60 PSI), with exceptions of the water tank fill and vent hoses, where white XHD sanitation/water hose (#148 & #147 series) is recommended, and hot water lines (140+ deg. F), where a reinforced rubber hose is recommended.
