High-Intensity Safety Tape
SOLAS - Safety of Life at Sea
This USCG-approved and highly reflective, this flexible "tape" is made of encapsulated lens material that has been pre-coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. It has been primarily designed to enhance the nighttime visibility of life support equipment such as ring buoys, life jackets, survival suits and inflatable rafts in marine environments. Also great for rain gear and motorcycle jackets.

Scotchlite™ 3150-A adheres to smooth surfaces of fiberglass, rubber, vinyl and PVC films, rubber-coated cloth, vinyl-Nylon laminated cloth, cured polyester cloth, aluminum, Nylon and Cordura.
Note: performance varies - testing adhesion on substrate is recommended.

Note: Not machine washable.
SOLAS-grade products do not readily stretch.
Attaching this product to highly elastic materials could result in rips or tears. 3M recommends against attaching these products to highly elastic materials.
