Dear Customer,
Following customer feedback reporting seam failures during use, Plastimo, the manufacturer, conducted tensile-strength tests at its Lorient facility. These tests confirmed a failure of the suspension strap seams. This defect exposes the user to a risk of failure under load and falling from
height. Bainbridge International is therefore notifying customers of Plastimo's recall of all affected products.
