Crimp Hose Fitting - Hose to Female Pipe, SAE Swivel and 90° Elbow
The Parker 43 Series Fitting is a Parkrimp™ permanent (crimp-style) fitting which permits quick assembly with the Parker family of Parkrimp™ crimpers. Assembly of "No-Skive" hose and fittings does not require removal of the outer cover of the hose. This eliminates premature hose failure caused by skiving too long or short.
Pipe threads of these fittings feature a tapered thread profile that provides mechanical holding power and a metal-to-metal seal. It is a common practice to use thread sealant to assure a leak-free connection and to prevent galling.
This 17943 fitting complements the 13943 fittings with SAE/JIC dual seat by providing the additional size for -6 SAE 45° flare fitting that cannot be accommodated by the JIC fitting. Search Mfg# 13943 for additional sizes for these SAE swivel fittings.
