The Ronstan Extreme Winch handle offers you perfect handling and control. After extensive use in the one-design "Extreme 40" class and testing by the best sailing teams in the world, Ronstan is proud to offer the aluminum Extreme Winch Handle.
By simply grabbing the handle, it is easily released from your winch. Inserting the handle is even easier. Simply place the handle in the socket, and the locking mechanism automatically secures the handle. It is the only push-button handle that can be inserted without pressing the button.
The lightweight Ronstan Extreme Winch Handle has an improved grab-bar running along the inner half-length of its top surface. Grabbing this bar actuates the mechanism to unlock the handle in a most natural way. This new, easier to use, unlock-mechanism (patent pending) is the best currently available and has improved durability and corrosion resistance.
The Ronstan Extreme Winch Handle is forged out of strong and durable aluminum and is the lightest metal push-button model on the market. All grips have hybrid composite bearings, allowing maximum efficiency and performance.
