Day/Night Plus Vents circulate fresh air in your boat cabin and protect against mold, mildew and musty air. The constant flow of air produced by these vents helps to keep boat interiors dry, which extends the life of upholstery, electronics and metal components.
This model provides continuous 24-hour ventilation by combining a rechargeable NiMh battery with the latest in solar technology. The solar array drives the fan motor and charges the backup battery while the sun is out. At night, the stored energy operates the fan. With direct-to-deck installation, Day/Night Plus Vents snap in to easily replace any existing 3" or 4" Nicro vent product. All Day/Night Plus models come complete with two fan blades, white plastic interior trim ring, insect screen, mounting hardware, and an easy-to-understand installation manual. Replaces Nicro 3" & 4" snap-in deck plates (fits existing holes once snap-in deck plates are removed).
