The Parker 43 Series Fitting is a Parkrimp™ permanent (crimp-stye) fitting which permits quick assembly with the Parker family of Parkrimp™ crimpers. Assembly of No-Skive hose and fittings does not require removal of the outer cover of the hose. This eliminates premature hose failure caused by skiving too long or short. The 11343 fittings allow minor movements under pressure to relieve stress on hose, but swivel is not intended for continuous or extensive use.
Pipe threads of these fittings feature a tapered thread profile that provides mechanical holding power and a metal-to-metal seal. It is a common practice to use thread sealant to assure a leak-free connection and to prevent galling.
