Johnson Rubbaweld self-amalgamating rigging tape gives complete protection against corrosion by sea water to electrical connectors and wires. Turnbuckle nuts, ring and cotter pins are made safe and secure without a sticky residue. Rubbaweld can also be used for quick emergency repair on burst or leaking pipes or hoses, including hot radiator hoses.
When used as directed, the tape actually bonds to itself and makes one solid piece. Rubbaweld must be applied in dry conditions (will not bond together if wet).
