Seafirst Hydraulic Steering Cylinder - Inboard
Heavy-Duty Replacement for Teleflex® Hynautic®, Teleflex® SeaStar®, & Jastram Units
Seafirst Inboard Steering Cylinders feature industry-standard patterns made with 100% stainless steel, bronze and brass construction. Cylinders rods are made from non-magnetic, stainless steel pump shafting that is hard chrome-plated and ground. Stainless steel ball joints are oversized with stainless steel inserts available (see Mfg #SB-1/2") for smaller, high-strength bolts that allow better clearance.
- Designed with 3/8" NPT ports for low-restriction fluid flow (125 C & 150 C / 1/4" NPT)
- All cylinders tested for working pressures of 1200 psi
- Recommended oil - Equal to MIL-L-5606
- ISO AW 15 or Dextron II / III for hot climates
- Assemble fittings with standard hydraulic thread sealing compounds - No Teflon tape
