Harken recommends equipping every furling system with Carbo lead blocks for safe furling from the cockpit. These lightweight, UV-stabilized Carbo blocks run exclusively on ball bearings for fast trimming under any load. They mount with a strong 4-screw clamp without removing the stanchion or lifelines. Available as individual assemblies or a Jib Reefing & Furling Carbo Lead Block Kit containing each assembly.
