Crimp Hose Fitting - Hose to Female Pipe, SAE Swivel
The Parker 43 Series Fitting is a Parkrimp™ permanent (crimp-style) fitting which permits quick assembly with the Parker family of Parkrimp™ crimpers. Assembly of "No-Skive" hose and fittings does not require removal of the outer cover of the hose. This eliminates premature hose failure caused by skiving too long or short.
Pipe threads of these fittings feature a tapered thread profile that provides mechanical holding power and a metal-to-metal seal. It is a common practice to use thread sealant to assure a leak-free connection and to prevent galling.
These 10843 fittings complement the 10643 fittings with SAE/JIC dual seat by providing the additional sizes for -6 and -12 SAE 45° flare fitting that cannot be accommodated by the JIC fitting. (The SAE fittings here have been made by a notch in nut.) Search Mfg# 10643 for additional sizes for these SAE swivel fittings.
