SIS-440 Teak Deck Caulking

20 oz. Sausage

SIS440 was strictly developed by Teakdecking Systems0 for teak deck seams. It's a well tested and proven product in hot or cold climates and needs no primer. A one-part silane polymer that forms a solid rubber compound, it's better than polysulfides, polyurethanes and MS polymers. It has the highest rating resistance to UV, excellent resistance to chemicals, and excellent temperature stability.

• Cures best from 40-90° F
  
• Cure at least 48 hours (longer in cold temperatures)
  
• Sandable after curing with 80-grit
  

Note: Material in a "unipak" sausage is viscous and often difficult to gun. Use of a 20 oz. air-powered dispensing system is strongly recommended. Both manual and pneumatic 20 oz. Dispenser Guns are also available (SKU# 85918) and sold separately.
