D60 Digital Depth Sounders with Alarm
4-Digit LCD Display - Square Face
The D60 is a compact, digital depth gauge that uses Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to reliably display water depth from 1.2 foot (0.4 meters) to 1000+ feet (365+ meters). Depth can be displayed in feet, meters or fathoms. Variable display damping is provided so the user can optimize response speed against display stability (averaging). A keel offset from -20.0 to +20.0 feet can be entered so the D60 shows the depth below the surface, below the keel, or below the transducer.
Using Digital Signal Processing (DSP) enables sensitivity reading never before found in such a low-cost small sounder. The DSP also provides superior high-speed rejection of false signals due to transducer slap (buffeting), surface turbulence, thermoclines and double bounce. It's almost immune to other depth sounders and fishfinders operating nearby. Five levels of backlighting can be selected for nighttime viewing, and all setup constants are saved in a nonvolatile memory.
Transducers are sold separately - with a choice of models, THD (Thru-Hull) or TMD (Transom Mount).
