Bronze Raw Water Intake Strainer - 3" Pipe

Cast in bronze, this Perko seawater intake strainer is designed for easy installation and cleaning. It fits 3" pipe size.


Strainer features include:

• Universal Mounting - Assured by mounting lugs cast into both sides and four outside tie rods
  
• 316 Stainless steel strainer basket - Minimizes corrosion and electrolysis
  
• Screen hole diameter of .079" - Gives filter basket 47% open area
• Hinged lugs for the cast bronze cover - Permits easy removal and cleaning of the strainer basket
  
• Drain plug in the bottom casting - Allows easy sediment removal and easy drainage for winterizing

Note: Older model strainers using cork cylinder gaskets require the Cork Gasket Kit, and newer model strainers require the Rubber Gasket Kit. Either Gasket Kit contains (1) cover gasket and (2) cylinder gaskets.
