Ancor Marine Grade™ triplex boat cables are made to surpass the highest UL Boat Cable standards with ultra-flexible stranding (Type 3/Class K), which resists fatigue due to vibration and flexing. It is manufactured from tinned copper stranding for maximum protection against corrosion and electrolysis and made to American Wire Gauge standards which means up to 12% more tinned copper conductors than SAE wire.
Ancor's proprietary premium vinyl insulation stays flexible even in extreme cold. It is rated at 600 volts, 105° C dry and 75° C wet, and it is resistant to heat and abrasion. It also resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline and ultra-violet radiation.
This flat cable features three "Marine Grade" primary conductors (white, black and green) in a white common jacket that is made for easy removal and provides the best abrasion resistance available.
