Complete deck pipe with cap that includes bail on inside of cap for attaching shackle. When cover is rotated, a foul weather seal is achieved. Single slot on side provides feed space for up to 1" diameter line and up to 3/8" chain. Either can be secured outside the rode locker with cap in place over the deck pipe.
