P100 Particulate Filter with Nuisance Level Organic Vapor Relief
This NIOSH-approved filter can be used with 3M's wide variety of half and full facepiece respirators in environments containing certain oil-based and non oil-based particles and is recommended for relief against of organic vapors (P100) and ozone protection up to 10x OSHA's Permissible Exposure Level (PEL). Passing NIOSH's P-series test criteria, a P100 filter provides a minimum 99.97 percent filter efficiency.
Note: Filter is not NIOSH-certified for use against ozone.
3M's Advanced Electret Media (AEM) provides a lightweight, easy breathing combination not found in any other fiberglass containing filters. This filter is well suited for a wide range of oil-based and non oil-based particulate contaminants and can be used as a prefilter for certain chemical exposures.
The unique flexible filter material resists abrasion and wetting. Filters are also flame and water resistant.
