These 3M abrasives have a durable mineral/bond construction and tough D-weight or E-weight paper backing. They are fast cutting and long-lasting. 255U discs have 3M Fre-Cut, which is a special treatment to resist loading.

• Grade 24E is designed for heavy bottom paint and gelcoat removal, as well as for rough shaping of marine fairing compounds.
