Dual-Flex™ Marine Engine Mount
The Dual-Flex™ patented design offers a synthetic rubber-insulated mount that eliminates metal-to-metal contact and provides outstanding vibration control across all field dimensions. The soft cushioning effect removes the danger of any excessive impact under normal loads.

The special design and construction of the Dual-Flex™ engine mount assures there is no metal-to-metal contact between supporting and mounting members. As mount loads increase across the operating range, shear resistance grows quickly, providing smooth operation with a small amount of deflection. The synthetic rubber element feature withstands temperature extremes and exposure to salt, oil and grease. The larger models are coated black to resist corrosion with the durable oil and fuel-resistant elastomer element.
These low-profile mounts feature heavy-duty aluminum 356-T6 alloy construction with lip incorporated in the top of the casting to resist the upward pull of the engine, with durable oil and fuel-resistant elastomer element. Both vertical and lateral adjustment features are available. Each mount has a 1-inch vertical adjustment. The threaded stud is equipped with two hex jam nuts. Simply turn the lower nut to bring the engine to the exact height you desire, then lock the upper nut to hold its position.
DF-216 Engine Mount Recommended for all 4 and 6-cylinder, and V8 gas-powered engines 500-1200 lbs.
Note: Suggested mounts are based on past applications with four point mounting configurations. Since engines, marine gears, engine mounted accessory weights, horsepower, and installations are variable, it is important to make certain that total package installed weights do not exceed mount capacities.
